I took this morning to see the doctor. I have been taking the high blood pressure medicine for quite some time now and I think it is time that I see the doctor to check if the medicine is working.
The clinic was as usual busy. There was a brief funny moment when the nurse shouted a lady’s name and asked, “Is this your urine?”. I tried my best not to laugh.
There was some good news from the doctor. The medicine is working. My blood pressure is now within the normal range. However, he asked me to go for my liver, urine and blood test. “Just in case, since everything is related.” I think I will again fail all these tests.
To reward myself for having a normal blood pressure, I am having nasi lemak for lunch. I am just asking for it.
