It hurts obviously since I have not been exercising for ages. But it feels good. Let’s see how long I can keep this going.

OSA Syndrome
I think I am suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome (OSA).
I wake up from sleep frequently suffering from headaches. I know I do snore when I am sleeping. I get tired easily during the day. At first, I thought it could be because I have high blood pressure, and I am feeling tired due to the medicine I am taking.
But after reading more about OSA, I realised I have a lot of signs and syndromes of OSA. Perhaps my high blood pressure could be a combination of genetics, work related stress and OSA.
It seems like being overweight could be my only cause of having OSA. I do not remember having all these problems years back. It seems to only start happening when I was putting on weight.
I think it is REALLY a good idea to exercise and lose weight.

Late nights again. 12 to 15 hours of work a day again.
Collecting lab results tomorrow. Why am I feeling apprehensive?

Hungry on CNY
With 2 days of CNY, it is almost impossible to find anything to eat, except fast food.
Way too much fast food in 2 days. Unhealthy. Very unhealthy.

Machine Breaks Down
So after a year plus of non stop working, the machine breaks down.
Perhaps the few nights of unable to sleep well contributed to it.

Tired
I have been feeling tired lately. Waking up late, very late, for work without recalling me actually switching off my alarm clock when it goes off in the morning. The logical part of me puts it down to sleeping late, but the other illogical part of me is telling me it might be due to some other reasons.
Sleeping late is something I do regularly, yet I always manage to wake up on time for work. I am afraid it might be due to something else, it could be due to watching too much of House, and any sudden change in my normal routine seems like some great disease/virus/bacteria is the cause. Or it could be due to the hypertension medicine I am taking, even though I have been on it like almost 2 years.
Whatever it is, I must find a way to feel less tired.
